“The ancient linksland of Curracloe Links, with its
rolling hills, long sea views, and rugged natural bunkers,
will offer a quintessential Irish golf experience and lure
people from all over the world to its fairways.”

Sandy wasteland.

Firm, turf that propels your shot forward as you work to keep it under the wind. Greens that fit naturally with the fascinating landscape, compelling you to try to resolve their mysteries. A course unlike anything Ireland has seen before. That’s what the design team of Fry/Straka have in mind for Curracloe, which will be true to the history of the game in Ireland, with intriguing flourishes from the imagination of two of golf’s brightest minds.

“There are fewer and fewer parcels of land like this
available in the world and we are thrilled to be given the

Our Logo

Curracloe Links rises from a land with a long storied history. Most significantly the Irish Rebellion of 1798. The Pikeman represents the local townspeople of County Wexford who took up the pike as their weapon of choice to defend their land. It is their strength and bravery that best represents the people and land on which Curracloe Links stands today. And that is why we are proud to have the Pikeman represent Curracloe Links.
