Construction Update – February 2025

The golf course has been grassed and is growing in nicely. All greens and aprons have been seeded and grown on. Regular topdressing, mowing and nutrition on these areas is underway to bring them to championship level. We have three fairways and two sets of tees to be shaped and seeded. All others are growing in well. The 18th fairway is ready to be seeded. The native fescue roughs have been seeded and are coming in well. We are currently planting a selection of marram (dune) grasses and gorse into the off-play areas to improve the course’s maturity. Some 20,000 plants are already in place. Bunkers should have sand in them by late July.
